PJ Parker graduated from Bethel High School in Hampton VA with honors in 1998. He attended VCU while serving as a medical supply specialist in the Army Reserves. His residential career began as a leasing agent for The Chapman Apartments in Hampton. He became an assistant manager, then a property manager shortly thereafter. 5 years later PJ obtained his real estate license and began his real estate career. Since then, he has won several real estate related awards and has become very active with the Virginia Peninsula Association of REALTORs. He has served on several committees, hosted the association’s annual awards (2 years), and has served on the Board of Directors for 2 years and is currently running for a 2nd term. PJ prides himself on providing excellent customer service to his clients and everyone he works with.
